In 2014, our firm had the pleasure to work with Bree-Dan Construction as the College Beliveau Science Lab Upgrade, where they were the successful General Contractor. Kevin Burton and his team attended to the project with professionalism and pride in their workmanship. Throughout the project, the Bree-Dan team were engaged and committed to providing a quality product for Louis Riel School Division. With this project being a renovation, there are always a few surprises during construction. The Bree-Dan team identified issues and worked with the consultants to find timely and affordable solutions for the client.
We also worked very closely with Bree-Dan on a design-build project for PBX Trucking, renovating an existing office into a restaurant. Being a change in use, this project was complex, but with Bree-Dan's effective and on-going communication, together we produced a successful and beautiful new amenity to the Blumenort area.
Most recently, we have worked on the Mitchell School Addition, with a $3.5 million construction cost. Bree-Dan was the successful General Contractor in a competitive bid process. They provided excellent service, through their organized procedures, proactive approach, and their attention to detail.
